LocalCallService generates inbound phone calls for independent professionals in their local area.
Calls are forwarded directly to the professional partner. LocalCallService manages this number for performance measurement purposes. The professional receives calls directly on their own phone number.
LocalCallService may offer a free trial period to prospective clients. During this period, no payment is required. At the end of the trial, the professional chooses whether to continue the service on a paid basis.
After the trial period, the service is billed per call received, on a monthly basis. The applicable rate is communicated to the professional before the start of the paid period. Any rate change will be communicated in advance.
The professional may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The period already billed is non-refundable.
LocalCallService does not guarantee a minimum number of calls. Results depend on factors outside its control, including local search volume, competition, and advertising budget.
For users in the United States, Delaware law applies. For users in the European Union, the law of the user's country of residence applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence.

Après la période de test, le service est facturé à l'appel reçu, mensuellement. Le tarif applicable est communiqué au professionnel avant le début de la période payante. Toute évolution tarifaire sera communiquée à l'avance.
Le professionnel peut résilier à tout moment par email à [email protected]. La résiliation prend effet en fin de période de facturation en cours. La période déjà facturée n'est pas remboursée.
LocalCallService ne garantit pas un nombre minimum d'appels. Les résultats dépendent de facteurs indépendants de sa volonté, notamment le volume de recherches local, la concurrence et le budget publicitaire.
Pour les utilisateurs résidant aux États-Unis, le droit du Delaware s'applique. Pour les utilisateurs résidant dans l'Union européenne, le droit du pays de résidence s'applique. Tout litige relève des tribunaux compétents du lieu de résidence de l'utilisateur.
